ナノブリッジは、固体電解質中の金属原子の析出・溶解を印加電圧により制御し、
LSIの配線間にナノメートルサイズの金属架橋(ブリッジ)を生成・消滅してスイッチのオン・オフ状態を実現する技術です。
NBSはナノブリッジの技術で、社会の隅々までICTを行き渡らせることを目指しています。
ナノブリッジ技術の利用製品によって、お客様が安価で省電力、かつ高信頼なIoT端末を利用できるようになるように開発を進めていきます。
そのような目標の実現のために、人材募集をしています。
現在のNBSは開発メンバー10数名のスタートアップですが、半数以上が博士号取得者であり、少数精鋭のチームです。
NBSでは複数のプロジェクトが平行して進んでいます。
特に宇宙空間での利用に向けて、耐放射線性に優れるナノブリッジの特性を活かした製品を開発していくため、
それらに携わる半導体の製造プロセス・設計・評価のできる研究者、およびエンジニアを募集します。
また、NBSでは事業の更なる拡大に向けて、2024年度からは事業企画、営業、財務を担う人材の募集も予定しています。

Today, NBS is still a small startup with more than a dozen members, but more than half of them hold Ph.D.

Especially for aero-space applications, we are looking for semiconductor researchers and engineers in the field of semiconductor process, circuit design and chip evaluation.
We are planning to recruit individuals responsible for business planning, sales, and finance from the fiscal year 2024 onwards, as part of our efforts to further expand the business.
